President WHO found some free time and decided to offer US history to the internet! I am a coder and historian, so I can bring both funtionality and personal insight to the web. President WHO collaborates with no one! That way I can hang out in local cafes and type my thoughts without distraction. It's all designed to involve the user in an informative and entertaining way while keeping content specialized and relevant.

All tools are available for both members and non-members, however, membership allows the user to save and update ranks, rates, and faves at any later date. Registration is cost-free and spam-free.
